UNCERTAIN DAYS?
We surely do live in uncertain days, don't we? We all have many worries and fears about what the future holds for us and those we love. The days may seem dark and the road ahead a veritable minefield of doubt and dread. I've even heard people say "why would anyone want to bring a child into this evil world?" In such days of increasing wickedness, upon what is your security founded? What is keeping your feet on solid ground? Where is your calm assurance?

Yes, just like new-born babies, we all face uncertain days ahead but for those who place their hope in Jesus Christ, life is still good because we have a Saviour, a God who loves us and will protect us. If you do not yet know Him personally, then I urge you not to waste another moment. Make your decision for Christ today and let no one deceive you. There is no other name under Heaven by which man may be saved. No one can come to Almighty God except through Jesus Christ, His Son.
Jesus is our hope and assurance. I trust Him and His promise: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers, they will not sweep over you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze. For I am the Lord, your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Saviour." (Isaiah 43:1-3). In these uncertain days I may not know what the future holds for me but, regardless of what happens, I can rest secure in the knowledge that He loves me and knows the plans that He has for me. My life is good and very much "worth the living just because He lives". In whom are you trusting today?
